Tripe – Tripe mince is a boneless mince made with either 100% British lamb or beef tripe.

Beef – A complete 80:10:10 mince with 80% beef cuts and heart, 10% bone and 10% offal containing liver and spleen.

Beef  & Tripe –  complete 80:10:10 mince with 80% beef meat and either beef or lamb tripe, 10% bone and 10% offal.

Surf & Turf  – A complete 80:10:10 mince with 80% meat and fish (salmon and haddock), 10% bone 10% offal.

Chicken – 80% chicken cuts and heart, 10% bone and 10% offal containing liver.

Chicken & Tripe – A complete 80:10:10 mince with 80% meat, of which is 70% British chicken and 30% either British beef or lamb tripe, 10% bone and 10% offal.

Turkey – A complete 80:10:10 mince with 80% turkey cuts, 10% bone and 10% offal, containing heart and liver.

Duck – A complete 80:10:10 mince with 80% British duck, 10% bone and 10% offal, containing heart and liver.

Pork – A complete 80:10:10 mince with 80% British pork cuts, 10% bone and 10% offal, of which is heart and liver.

Oily Fish – A complete 80:10:10 mince with 80% salmon and haddock cuts, 10% fine bone and 10% offal.
