Being in the heart of beautiful Somerset means at Greens of Mendip, we have country living in our blood. We’re a family-run, local business which specialises in supplying high-quality pet food, homewares, pet accessories and country gifts. We’re independent too, which means if you need something we don’t have in stock, we’ve got the flexibility to find it for you. Whether you want to visit us in-store – we’re just a short drive from Shepton Mallet, Glastonbury and Bath – or order through our website, you’ll find our friendly team on hand to help you get exactly what you need.

Pampered pets

We’re famous for our range of high-quality pet foods, and stock premium brands such as Canagan, Symply and Forthglade, as well as our own Greens of Mendip cat and dog food, developed under the guidance of leading nutritionists. Whether your pet requires something designed for sensitive stomachs or you love our Super Premium bespoke range, our skilled and caring team will help you find what you need. When it’s time for a reward, we’ve got you covered with our natural treats. Something like our Anco Fusions grain and gluten-free cold-pressed treats are ideal – they’re packed with vitamins and minerals as well as being easy to digest, and of course, they’re extremely tasty.

As well as food, we have a top-notch range of accessories including leads, collars and toys that are robust enough for even the liveliest pet. We also have a range of beds, deluxe sofas and box beds, including our new deluxe collection from George Barclay.

Dog grooming

To keep your dog looking great and feeling healthy, we’re delighted to offer dog grooming at our Greens of Mendip store. Established in 2003, Paws to Claws has experience with all breeds of dog and offers a comprehensive, professional service.

Happy home

As well as keeping your pets on top form, we have a range of goods to keep you, your home and your garden looking great. You’ll find gifts like our new Country Farm range, a collection of pretty and useful homewares decorated with charming farming scenes, as well as a selection of men’s and women’s clothing and a range of greetings cards.
